COVID-19 Update- We are temporarily Closed

Following a recommendation from our governing body, BASRaT, we have made the tough decision to temporarily close for face to face appointments.

Whilst it is a recommendation, and not a forced closure, we have to ensure the safety of our customers, our staff, and the wider community.  It is our duty as responsible members of the community to help tackle the coronavirus outbreak.  We can confirm that there have not been any known cases of coronavirus at the clinic.

By conducting face to face appointments, this is against the government guidance regarding social distancing.  In our industry, it is impossible to maintain social distancing whilst in appointments with our customers.  It would be irresponsible to continue appointments and contradict the government guidance.

As you will understand, this is a tough decision and will put pressure on our staff and their families.  It also is a strain to a small and relatively new business.  But we will be back open and here for your appointments when safe to do so, and we look forward to welcoming you to the clinic soon.

Online Video Consultations

We are going to be offering online video consultations through this temporary closure. We will be able to discuss your pain or injury, offer you advice and provide rehabilitation programmes to help your recovery.  Further details of this service will be announced early next week.

Future Appointments

If you already have an appointment booked, we will contact you if it needs cancelling.  This is a temporary closure and we will be reviewing our governing body and the governments guidance on a weekly basis.  Some future appointments may be possible if we are open again.

Marathon and Half Marathon Packages

If you purchased one of our packages and have outstanding sessions available, the expiry date will be extended beyond 31st May and all sessions honoured.

Contact Us

Our phone line will still be open, and you can also contact us on facebook and by email.  We will also be posting regularly on facebook, and will have some helpful tips to help you during this time of social distancing.

Thank you to all of our customers for your understanding.  Stay safe, and take care of each other.
